Six Flags America Introduces Buy Now, Pay Later

Order 2011 park season passes for the Holidays, defer payment to March 2011

(Bowie, MD)- November 22, 2010- Six Flags America, Maryland’s premier destination for family-friendly fun, today announced a new way to celebrate the holidays by getting in a summer frame of mind. For the first time, the park will offer a Buy Now, Pay Later program, enabling guests to order 2011 season passes and defer payment on them until March 1, 2011.

Guests may purchase Season Passes for Six Flags America through the Buy Now, Pay Later program through December 31, 2010, exclusively at sixflags.com. Six Flags America season passes are just $54.99 per person, plus tax, when four or more passes are purchased at the same time or $59.99 plus tax when purchased individually.  

Providing value and fun for guests of every age, Six Flags America season passes offer unlimited visits to Six Flags America and any Six Flags theme park in the United States, free tickets for friends on select days, savings on in-park food and fun, and access to exclusive Season Pass events.

Six Flags America theme park has over 100 rides, games, shows and attractions including seven fast and phenomenal roller coasters, such as BATWING, Maryland’s first flying roller coaster, the classic wooden Wild One, and the 200-foot behemoth SUPERMAN: Ride of Steel, plus two sensational children’s areas with awe-inspiring rides for the littlest thrill seekers. Six Flags America also features Hurricane Harbor Water Park, home to Hurricane Bay - one of the world’s largest wave pools and the six-story funnel of fun Tornado. Hurricane Harbor is FREE with paid park admission or a season pass.

Six Flags America theme park opens for the 2011 season on Saturday, April 16 and will be open for 10 consecutive days for Spring Break, through Monday, April 25. The park is then open weekends in April and May until daily operation resumes Memorial Day weekend. Hurricane Harbor opens Saturday, May 21.
